How to register

Registration is quick and simple. Please download the excel document here.

Key information about the school and cohort size must be entered into the blank cells at the top of the spreadsheet. You will also find here a guide to pricing for the qualification.

You will need to enter the names of each learner, as they are registered at the school and on their identification documentation (please do not shorten names, they must be written as they are written on the learners passport or birth certificate), and you must include the unique learner number (ULN). The exams officer at your school should help you fill this in if you are unsure where to find this. The ULN is essential to track each individual student, if they were to lose certificates or need evidence in later life, this number identifies them to the awarding bodies.

Here is an example of what the registration form looks like. All learners who are intended to complete the award should be registered.

At this point PE Award will check your information, create your schools assessment mark book to be completed for the cohort, we will send you the full specification and we will invoice the school.

Withdrawals are allowed after registration at a cost of 50% and up until march 30^th of the year of certification. After this point no more learners can be withdrawn. This is for a maximum of 20 learners per cohort.
